1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you submit a contact, quote or meeting form, we collect:

• your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company name and phone number;
• your message and the details you choose in the form (for example services, budget range, timeline or meeting availability);
• the page the form was submitted from, and the date and time of submission.

For security and abuse prevention we also record:

• a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (we do not store the address itself);
• your browser’s user-agent string.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party service. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

4. How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange meetings you request;
• to prepare estimates and proposals you ask for;
• to protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.

5. Legal basis

We process form submissions on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the website secure.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website:

• the hosting and database provider that runs this website and stores submissions;
• the email delivery provider used to notify our team of new submissions.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on your enquiry. If an enquiry becomes part of a contract, the records are kept as long as needed for that contract and our legal obligations. 8. Security

Submissions are sent over encrypted connections, validated on our servers and stored in a database with restricted access. Credentials are kept in secured environment configuration, not in our source code. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent.
